#TeacherTuesday: Mark Zaslavsky

Today’s #TeacherTuesday gives a shout-out to Mark Zaslavsky, Protective Services Instructor at Eastern Center for Arts and Technology (EASTERN), the career and technical high school serving Eastern Montgomery County.

This passionate and authoritative professional prepares his eleventh and twelfth-grade students to enter careers such as #LawEnforcement#FireScience, industrial safety, security, emergency medical services #EMS, and emergency management.

“I feel I have an obligation to pass on to the next generation a skill set and base of knowledge that can benefit them and the public in general,” says Mark. “Today’s younger generation has huge tasks before them, and to meet those tasks they need quality leaders and drive within themselves. I hope the instruction that I give them will inspire them to use that knowledge and meet those challenges,” he adds.
